Enrolling With

Calibre Academy is easy!

Just click on Enroll Now and you will be taken to our online enrollment portal. You will be notified if the number of applications exceeds the capacity of a program, class, grade level or building. The student will then be placed on the waiting list.

For returning students, once you have received your re-enrollment link in the email you put on the contact form, students should complete enrollment ASAP to ensure their place in the next grade. Returning student enrollments received after this due date may result in your student being placed in the open enrollment lottery pool.

All packets must be complete and returned with the following for completion of the enrollment process:

• Proof of Identity. One of the following is required:
  • A certified copy of the pupil’s birth certificate
  • Other reliable proof of the pupil’s identity and age, including the pupil’s baptismal certificate, an application for a social security number or original school registration records and affidavit explaining the inability to provide a copy of the birth certificate.
  • A letter from the authorized representative of an agency having custody of the pupil pursuant to Title 8, Chapter 2, certifying that the pupil has been placed in the custody of the agency as prescribe by the law.
