While you might assume your PC is no longer working, a simple restart will normally correct the problem. Hold down the power button until the computer turns off and wait 15 seconds before trying to turn the computer back on. This problem is usually related a dead battery or to hardware or a driver that is not working correctly. It usually happens after your system installs new updates or you install a new piece of hardware or driver. If that does not resolve the issue, contact your school administrator. It’s helpful to tell your them what you did just before the error occurred, then they can undo it or diagnose the problem.
