Calibre Academy is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience for students and families. In accordance with A.R.S. §15-189.05, as added by Laws 2018, Ch. 285, §3, the school's budget includes the average salary of all teachers employed by the school for the current and prior years, as well as the increase in the average teacher salary reported in both dollars and percentage. This information is also posted separately on the school's website as required by Arizona law.
In addition, pursuant to A.R.S. §15-183(F), information regarding the educational and teaching backgrounds of current employees in their academic content areas is available to parents and guardians upon request.

Our House System
At Calibre Academy, we use the RCA House System to build a strong, positive school culture rooted in connection, accountability, and school pride. Every student is placed into a house, creating smaller communities within the school where students form meaningful relationships across grade levels. The House System promotes teamwork, leadership, and positive behavior through shared goals, recognition, and friendly competition.
