Character Counts

pillars

There are 6 pillars. Each grade level will present the character trait of the month to another grade. Each character trait has a color. You will want to incorporate the colors into the assembly. Be creative with the assemblies. Each class can do something (song, short skit, poem, etc.) or the grade level can present as a whole. All assemblies will take place in the MPR. They all start at 11:30 AM. They should not be less than 10 minutes but no longer than 15-20 minutes long. As part of the Assembly, your grade will also discuss their country for International Festival. More information will come.

The 1st of every month, the entire school may wear the Character Color of the Month. The Assemblies will all be held on the 1st Wednesday of the month. The colors and dates are listed below.

In addition to the assemblies, each trait will be discussed during the flag ceremony and each class should be studying a person a month from the Agenda Book (which has the trait of the month).
